National Highways
SS World Group activities include preparing Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs, Property Valuations and Constructions etc., For MORTH / NHAI our main scope of work involves: -
- Preparation of the drawings/documents required as per ministry norms.
- Coordinating with clients / Oil Companies and Highway Administration in the process of approval for access to the retail outlets.
- Visiting the site initial and final stages, to see that the execution is being done as per the drawings and also ensure video recordings before and after completion of construction work.
- Follow up with various levels of officers at various stages of approvals and inspections to get the final approval for construction and access for properties located near to National Highways.
Till date we have processed in principle approval and access permissions for 160 fuel stations, many companies and commercial establishments since past 4 years.

We focus on states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
Our Primary clients include Indian Oil, BPCL, HPCL, ESSAR, TOTAL SA, INDEGEL, CONFIDENCE PETROLEUM, Ramco Cement, AirTel, SriCity, Lingamaneni Group, Manjeera constructions, ITC, MSN Pharma, BSNL etc.
We also support Public Utility Services located along national highways like electricity, gas, water supply, telecom cables and sewage disposal to process their paper work, internal approvals, inspections etc.
We support industrial utility services like underground & above ground pipelines including provisions for booster pumping facilities, power cables/wires etc., and any industrial infrastructure facility.
Surveying of the site
Detailed Surveying and checking of the site with 1.5 Km radius of existing/proposed median openings, toll plazas, service roads, bus bays, underpasses and center line alignments and other details.
We will submit our survey report as per norms of MORTH /IRC (Indian Road Congress) after assessing the site suitability for a Fuel Station abutting the NH and recommend changes in Detailed Project Report if required.
Preparation of drawings and Documents
Preparation of AutoCad drawings like layout drawing, location map with 1.5 Km radius and also video recording, Drainage plan, Index map, related undertakings, license deed, check list and other necessary documents required as per MoRTH for submission of proposal.
We undertake Topographical Drawing
A Detailed survey of 1.5km stretch on both sides of the any property/retails outlets abutting to NH showing the Right of Way (ROW) of National Highway, existing intersections and the intersecting roads including existing public roads / private roads and other developments falling within a reach of 1.5km in each side of the above.
We undertake Layout Planning
We design Layout planswith details of deceleration/acceleration lanes, service roads, Sectional Elevation, buffer strip, fuel dispensers, offices, waters supply, toilet & drinking water, sign boards and Road markings and other amenities in the layout plan as per MORTH norms.
We undertake Drainage Planning
We will design detailed Drawings of slopes to be provided for adequate drainage of rain water and preventing water logging on NH & detailed calculations for storm water discharge and design of culvert/cross drainage structures for smooth flow of storm water.

We undertake Documentation
Duly filled check list as per site conditions and measurements.

Duly filled license deed for the applicant and MORTH.
Details of materials for pavement composition for deceleration / acceleration lanes and service roads.
